It makes me so happy to hear that you’ve found a love for baking! A red velvet cake is definitely on my list and I’ll try to add some more cupcake recipes this year as well. In the meantime, you can make any of my cake recipes as cupcakes! Just start with one of these recipes, fill your cupcake tins no more than 2/3 full, and bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes (until a toothpick inserted comes out clean): https://sugarandsparrow.com/category/recipes/cake/
